Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee? A. The agreement will be between you and the service provider and will differ depending on the service being provided. On standard shared hosting some providers do offer a time limited money back guarantee.
Q. Why are your comments always favourable? A. If we are not impressed with a product or service it is not worth our while to mention it, as no-one is going to buy it. Having said that we may occasionally do this where we think that the information may be of interest.
